The CEO of New Prime Gas Inc, one of the biggest manufacturers of high-quality medical oxygen in Western Visayas. He also holds multiple interest and investments in Citigas, one of largest LPG distributor of Phoenix LPG, as well in schools, trading and consulting. He is the President of Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) - Iloilo Chapter. Under his leadership, PCCI- Iloilo was adjudged as the Most Outstanding Chamber of the Visayas and the Philippines in 2023. He is finalist in the 2020 Injap Sia Young Entrepreneur Awards and recognized as one of the 75 honorees during the 75th anniversary of JCI Philippines where he served as National President back in 2009.

Gleendo has an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Gleendo has mastered the art of helping transform businesses. His expertise ranges from customer care to marketing, operations, and leadership development. He's been a driving force at major companies like Jollibee Foods Corporation, Bayan Telecommunications, and Herbalife International, bringing a unique blend of experience and creativity to everything he does.His passion for helping others extends beyond the boardroom. As a volunteer international trainer for JCI, he’s conducted leadership and team development workshops across Asia and the Pacific. His dedication earned him the title of Most Outstanding Trainer of Asia-Pacific in 2009, and he’s recognized as one of the top pillars of the organization during the organizations 75th Anniversary.
Paul Jess Estrellado

PJ is the CEO of GSL Premium Food Export Corporation, and brings expertise in food manufacturing, hotels, real estate, and agriculture. His company exports high quality food products in Europe as well in Asia. He has business interest in different food franchises such as Max’s and Yellow Cab. He is the past Vice President of Junior Chamber International assigned in Asia and past National President of JCI Philippines. He is also well known in game fowl breeding in Laguna.
Jolo Walican
Treasurer
Human Resource Data Scientist at Aboitiz Power. Jolo is also the former eData Delivery Head at NielsenIQ, and has research, data analytics, data science and strategy. He is an outstanding civic and volunteer leader holding notable positions in JCI Philippines as Area Vice President, National Secretary General and National Skills Development Director.

Rikko is the CEO of Bald Puppies Solutions and President of Innoserve Enterprises. He has a strong background in the information technology, financial technology, and telecommunication services industry. He is highly skilled in business planning, operations management, coaching, sales profession, marketing, and sales management. He is the past president of Camarines Sur Chamber of Commerce and Industry and served key national positions in JCI Philippines and JCI Senate Philippines.
Randolf Ivan Ruste

Ivan is the CEO of RDCG Construction Corporation and Chairman of Herbies Subic Bistro Corporation. He is bringing in strong experience in the complex business of construction, project management, engineering, sales, and business development. His company is a multi-disciplinary firm with expertise in engineering services involved in construction of roads, bridges, spillways, terminals, and ports in the Philippines. He is the past National President of JCI Philippines and multi-awarded civic leader from Zamboanga.
